At Coley Home, we want you to love your custom pieces, but we understand that sometimes things aren't the perfect fit. Standard, non-custom items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus a 15% restocking fee.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit; items must be in new, unused condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
